Does this install open stack as well? Or does it just install k8s on an open
stack environment?
Also, I see something that says “OS_VERSION=centos7” - is that what hosts the
k8s master and node?

In the current LaaS setup, you can’t connect servers together to form a pod.
That will come later.
For now, on arm64 servers in LaaS, you would have to a bare metal one node
deployment which is not supported by fuel/Mcx at this time.

when it installed OPNFV on the pod.
For user “ubuntu”
/var/lib/opnfv/mcp.rsa
Also I occasionally log into the console on nodes with user “opnfv” and pw
“opnfv_secret”.
