synced with fuel branch and would take OPNFV.iso as an input.
I managed to deploy the fuel environment successfully. Fuel environment says
'operational'. All of my nodes are ready.

How/where can we specify timeout for puppet commands ?
'apt_update' exceeds puppet timeout. By default I just looked up is 5 minutes.
Maybe the internet was slow or it had too much to download.
I am running fuel via command line. No GUIs. So which file could help me solve
this ?

I am trying to overcome this issue of proxy on nodes.
Briefly:
I am trying to run Fuel inside intel. And deployment is failing I believe at
the stage where each nodes are trying to access repo which is out on the
internet with the lack of proxy settings.
