I found that Dovetail jobs always failed on ericsson-pod1 and arm-pod10 when
running on Fuel Gambia [1].
The fail reason on ericsson-pod1 is

I changed the pip version on arm-pod10 to 9.0.3 and now the command you are
trying to execute works.
I don't have access to the Ericsson pod so somebody form that lab should be
ab
