We still have 235 unresolved issues assigned to Colorado 1.0. Given that
we are less than two weeks from the Colorado 1.0 release, these should be
reassigned to future releases, unless you are confident that they will be
resolved and closed

Thanks for your feedback on the script results. I've updated the script to
exclude additional projects that aren't participating in the release, per
your suggestions.
I've also updated the terminology to use "planned" instead of "assigned",
since that was causing some confusion.
