Hi Tianwei, MS5 does not require stable branch jenkins jobs to exist. They can be created early but should be disabled as they will fail until the branch exists (MS6 - March 16th). I started this patch[1] related to automating the branch creation. I haven't updated it with the automation

Thanks for bringing this Tianwei. I’ve been wondering the same thing since we started getting patches such as the one you linked below and need to review/submit them. We had conversations to centralize job creation in synch with branching etc. but I’m not aware of any progress. /Fatih From:
