as far as I can see, the root cause of the failure is still the same. It means,
that there is something wrong with IXIA license and IXIA doesn’t work. Thus all
testcases fail.
You could check it yourself at VM 10.10.120.6 in IxNetwork error log. You’ll
find there a message listed

I have installed new Ixia licenses in POD 12 and updated the tickets. I had to
restart node-3 too and triggered the Jenkins daily job. Looks like OVS_vanilla
test just failed to execute. Can you take a look?
