spring cleanup of OPS4J I guess.
For me it was enlightening how many subprojects actually exist under the
OPS4J Umbrella. I started
ok, I am scheduling the decommissioning.

I'll put together a site on github to lay out upcoming ideas. Could think
this will be helpful for an initial static site linked to ops4j.org at a
later point.
