Hi chairs,
We would like to present a CCAMP draft in OPSAWG, which is related with
resource performance monitoring.
The draft was designed for optical technology only at the beginning, but some
IP experts considered it's also applicable for IP technology.
So we would like to present this draft

Or even NMOP, if we are not sure if it is a language (YANG) issue. NMOP is
tasked to look at all operator issues, including any scale issues.
