Dear OPSAWG members
We'll conclude the WG Adoption Call in OPSAWG as planned and the result
will be one input to the NMOP chairs. Another input, of course, is the
notion of that "yet another set of terminology" would require
"collaboration and cooperation being clearly spelled out" to ensure
consistency.

Nigel, you hit on my overall heartburn with this document. I ultimately feel
that without strong collaboration with other bodies (de facto or otherwise) the
IETF will end up with yet another set of terminology

Dear OPSAWG,
I support the progress of this document.
I only have a comment. Since the creation of the new NMOP WG, I wonder if this
draft should be discussed in that WG too. There is “incident management” in the
charter.

I support to adopt this document as WG draft.
I also checked the grammar of the YANG model, it is perfect, but the tree
diagram is a bit inconsistent with the YANG model.
so I ran the pyang 2.6 on the YANG model, the tree diagram is as follows for

I agree!
I support the adoption of this draft as a WG document.
The draft defines the concepts, requirements, and architecture of incident
management and a YANG data model for incident lifecycle management, which
can improve troubleshooting efficiency, ensures network service quality.
