Admin error
Not sure how this happened but the opsview-core 3.7.0 rpm was still installed
along side the opsview-core 3.7.2 rpm. I removed both and reinstalled both,
restarted all services and now the issue is gone.
Sorry for the false alarm.

For example:
Performance Data: DHL_Users=0 SMC_Users=0 Incidents=0 Orders=0 Changes=0

And Y axis is called SMC_Users :)
