*POSITION SUMMARY : Assists in the effort to support, manage and customize
Human Resources, Payroll and Human Capital Management applications
associated with our JD Edwards EnterpriseOne implementation.*

* *

*Duties and Responsibilities :*

*•       Implements and supports EnterpriseOne HR and Payroll applications.*

*•       Analyzes and designs JDE reports/applications to fulfill business
requirements.*

*•       Develops JDE EnterpriseOne enhancement reports, both in Enterprise
Report Writer (ERW), and BI Publisher Embedded.*

*•       Assesses configuration opportunities, including AAI configurations,
role security, and other configurations to discover areas for improvement.
*

*•       Implements, supports and upgrades of JDE EnterpriseOne
applications, specifically in the area of H/R and Payroll.*

*•       Creates logic diagrams, assists in debugging of programs, testing
and correction of program logic.*

*•       Maps business process into JDE applications and functions.*

*•       Prepares conceptual design documents and technical specifications.*

*•       Prepares use case testing scripts to ensure quality delivery of
customizations*

*•       Ensures that all IT standards are complied with including
Architecture Review and Change Management.*

*•       Accepts personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of
work assigned and assumes ownership of the results.*

*•       Collaborates well with all levels of personnel within the company*

*•       Provides exemplary customer service.*

*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :*

*•       Knowledgeable of industry standard quality norms, software
development best practices, project management methodologies and estimation
processes*

*•       Very strong knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Human Resources,
Payroll and Human Capital Management applications*

*•       Working knowledge of EnterpriseOne Employee Self Service portal
functions*

*•       Working knowledge of Configurable Network Computing*

*•       Proficient knowledge of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project,
PowerPoint and Visio)*

*•       Ability to collaborate well with all levels of personnel within the
company*

*•       Ability to be versatile and flexible while adapting quickly to
change, maintains high work ethics; takes initiative to actively improve
performance*

*•       Ability to make effective business decisions, work independently

*QUALIFICATIONS*

*Required Education:  *

*Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human Resources, or
equivalent
experience
            *

*Required Experience:      *

*5+ years of experience in configuring JDE EnterpriseOne H/R and Payroll
modules and Human Capital Management*

*Previous system implementation/project management experience *

*Preferred Experience:*

*Oracle BI Publisher experience*

*EnterpriseOne report writer tools (RDA and BI Publisher)*

*JDE E1 8.11 or higher*

*Oracle Business Intelligence, Hyperion, and the like*
