This is highly *desired*. The position will be working with IT teams in the Global Infrastructure and Operations organization to document IT Services and Service Offerings (items and actions that can be ordered/requested for a given service) with the intent to develop an IT Service Catalog. The BA will engage in interviews to collect specific descriptions of those services and service offerings and gather workflows/steps for fulfilling IT orders/requests placed by Medtronic employees and contractors. They’ll need to be comfortable in the “front of the room” to facilitate these discussions and also be comfortable creating process flows. Essentially, this is a Business Process Engineering role for the IT teams.
