Job Title: Lead TIBCO Consultants Location: Brisbane, CA Duration: 6+ Months Direct Client Need - TIBCO Consultants - Brisbane, CA - 6+ Months Experience: At least 4 years of experience in Information Technologies specializing in TIBCO suite of products such as TIBCO Business Works and TIBCO Business Events. Detailed Job Description: Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Software Engineering and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans Leads and participates in medium- to large-scale projects Leads the discovery phase of medium to large projects to come up with high level design Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions Provides support to the business Troubleshoots business and production issues. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 5 years’ experience building scalable ecommerce applications At least 4 years of experience in Information Technologies specializing in TIBCO suite of products such as TIBCO Business Works and TIBCO Business Events At least 4 years of experience in TIBCO suite of products working in one or more of the following areas: Design and development of Integration or SOA solutions using TIBCO BW Working knowledge on build and deployment of TIBCO BW Working knowledge of TIBCO Hawk Working knowledge of TIBCO EMS Working knowledge of TIBCO RV At least 2 years of experience in EDI, XML, XSD, XSLT At least 2 years of experience in Java J2EE, Java script, HTML, SPRING, MyBatis, AJAX, Jquery At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle. At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review. Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Experience in Retail, CPG, Logistics and Life Sciences Domain.
