Technical Writer Location: Basking Ridge, NJ (local candidates or those that can interview onsite will be given preference, but open to nonlocal as well) Duration: Contract to hire (most likely around 6 months, but could be up to 6-18 months) *Immigration status: USC/GC* Interview: Onsite highly preferred otherwise will be phone/WebEx/Skype Intent of position: Development of Client facing documentation. Understanding of basic coding concepts. Interact with Business stakeholder. Translate use cases and requirements into Training Documents, User Guides, Minimum Systems Documentation, User Specifications Documentation. Experience and Responsibilities: · 3+ years of experience planning and producing technical documentation with experience in online delivery and content management systems. · Demonstrated strong writing and editing skills. · Understanding of basic coding concepts · Ability to navigate and edit CSS3, HTML5, and SQL (basic query knowledge). · Ability to collaborate with teams across all levels of the organization including development, product management, customer support, and training. · Knowledge of software product development tools, roles, methods. · Flexibility to change directions and tasks when necessary to accommodate shifting priorities. · Excellent planning, scheduling, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Demonstrated ability to plan and execute content delivery projects. · Clinical Data experience would be very valuable.
