Configure & troubleshoot network monitoring & optimization solutions like Solar winds, HP NNMi etc. Knowledge and experience in the infrastructure management processes; good understanding of process frameworks supporting change management. Proactive monitoring of all remote Networks links and Devices for any alarms. Handling escalations promptly to proper teams for problem resolution. Document resolved calls for future references and troubleshooting. Expert implementation of LAN methodologies, Routing protocol configurations. Expert implementation of LAN using facilities such as advanced spanning tree techniques, Gigabit Ether Channel and trunking techniques, VLAN and IP addressing designs. Expert knowledge and experience with inter-network routing architectures, and the underlying network security technologies Advanced knowledge and experience with project and expense management for infrastructure type projects.
