Key Responsibilities:* BSA's should have 3+ yrs experience in Business Systems Analyst work, 5 yrs in IT either Mainframe or client/server background (some of our openings would be for Mainframe, some client/server). Financial background is a nice to have. They need to know how to use Visio and the MS Office Suite. BSA should be able to determine impact the business requirement has to IT.
