*Job Description:*The Change Management Lead is a one year contract position to support the ongoing transformation and optimization of the Accenture Learning organization. This is a virtual position, supporting a global organization. Responsibilities will include: Defining the transformation-wide communications strategy, and producing deliverables for each workstream and target audience, inclusive of content, channel, desired response and measurement Maintaining stakeholder mapping and data Managing Change Agent network including development of materials, and participation in champion calls as required by the workstream lead(s) Coaching Sponsor and workstream leads on change implications and leading practices in identifying, managing and resolving people-related risks Writing/editing newsletters, memos, and other content driven from the central communications plan Participating in post implementation stabilization, including deployment of surveys, commitment curve mapping Participate in post implementation stabilization, including deployment of surveys, commitment curve mapping, performance achievement integration and HR/employee relations Meeting logistics and general administration as it relates to scheduling and developing materials for global All Hands town halls, including coaching workstream leads on effective facilitation techniques ------------------------------ Regards: Amer Ali - Sr.IT Recruiter ITBrainiac Inc.
