The scope of work to be performed by the Contractor includes the following: Develop new JAVA applications Enhance existing JAVA applications Provide maintenance and support for JAVA applications as needed Provide project leadership Develop and/or enhance project and technical documentation Work with State staff to mentor them in JAVA development skills Qualification Requirements for the Contractor.
