*Position: SAP HCM System Support
Norfolk, VA
4+ Month Contract*

seeking resumes for SAP HCM system support contractor. The candidate will
be working directly with the HCM support team, ABAP development team
members and HR office personnel.  As part of the SAP HCM support team, the
candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation of the 2014
Benefits structure changes as well as interface implementations as Norfolk
Southern transitions to a new Medical provider for 2014. This will include
assisting our HR staff with data mapping, configuration, and testing.  The
successful candidate will need significant experience implementing Benefits
plan changes.  Exposure to Enterprise Compensation Planning is an added
bonus.

*Description of Duties*:
Support HR business partners in implementing Benefits changes for 2014 plan
year
Facilitate the transition to a new Medical service provider by producing
functional specs and testing interfaces to and from the provider
Support Interfaces between SAP and other internal and external systems
Retrieve and analyze ECC data using underlying database tables
Maintain PA/OM/Benefits Configuration
Share knowledge of HCM functionality with Norfolk Southern team members

*Skills Required*:
Analytical ability (Advanced)
2-5 years of experience implementation of Benefits is a MUST
Verbal and written communication (Advanced)
Organization (Advanced)
Attention to detail (Advanced)
Conceptual and problem solving skills (Advanced)
Strong interpersonal skills; effective team player
Self-motivated/managed

*Experience required*:
2-5+ years of experience with HCMBenefits Implementation/Production Support
Familiarity with HCM Personnel Administration, Org Management
Detailed knowledge of Benefits module, as well as Payroll integration points
Experience configuring within the SAP IMG
Ability to read, interpret, and write functional specs, design logic, and
program algorithms
Ability to extract data and develop ad-hoc reports using tools like MS
Access and Excel
Working knowledge of general HR business processes
Familiarity with SAP portal and portal processes for HR as it relates to
Benefits Enrollment through ESS.
Exposure to SAP Solution Manager
