La Farge, WI Interview Process: PHONE INTERVIEW (WILL MOVE FAST) Retail E-Commerce huge plus (FOOD RETAIL E-Commerce like Kroger, HEB,WALMART etc) Background and knowledge of current Ecommerce and Fulfillment systems and software preferred. The person will do discovery and build a project/implementation process Working with Business users, evaluating Third party solutions, small orders, Internal changes, Integration. *Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA®) Certification or Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP®)* preferred *Notes:* Project: Internal request for a fulfillment tool solution for small orders. *Must haves:* · As long as they can gather and document requirements and help facilitate the process. · Degree not required, but should have hands-on experience · Really customer driven person – working closely with the users and business stakeholders and going back to tech team to build the solution · Group requirements into features to compare one software solution to another (no in-house dev. needed) · Process Diagrams/Models in Visio will be really helpful · Analyzing a 3rd party off the shelf solution and they need to analyze and present the options · Technology background – Microsoft background would be helpful, not needed *Scope of Assignment* Work under the direction of the Business Analyst Manager to elicit, review, modify and recommend business requirements applied to an enterprise wide fulfillment solution. Document and track these requirements using in-house templates. Work closely with the technical team and the business customers to identify valid solution options, facilitate and document all related decisions. This will be a directed effort isolated to the discovery of solution options and identification of business need across multiple stakeholders. *Duties and Responsibilities* 1. Document requirements using in-house templates from multiple stakeholders. 2. Work with the technical team to identify valid solutions to meet the business requirements. 3. Validate the solution with the business and facilitate a decision on a preferred option. 4. Construct concept models to illustrate visual representation of activities and relationships. 5.
