Recent healthcare experience is a pretty high priority. 3. Communication skills are also important as this role is client facing and he/she needs to direct and lead the client through system build and testing. 4. PS v9.2 experience is needed *Project Scope: Implement Peoplesoft HCM* Detailed job description: Lead Benefits team The responsibilities for functional leads includes, but are not limited to: • Coordinates functional effort involving design, specifications and testing • Oversees application configuration process • Guides Client functional subject matter professionals through implementation process • Provides “Best Practice” business knowledge • Performs knowledge transfer on PeopleSoft application to the Client core project team • Participates in system design, configuration/development, and testing • Participates in issue resolution • Participates in test script development and supports testing • Coordinates the deployment process • Provides post production support • Advises Client Senior Project Manager on change management and communication strategies *Required Skills: * • 5 Years of experience desired • 5 mandatory skills needed to perform this role – good with managing client, brings leading practice, deals well with stress, excellent communication skills, works well with client and another consulting firm, steers clear of drama Regards: Sam Williams - Recruiting Manager ITBrainiac Inc.
