Oracle HR Analyst (Fusion) 9+Months Santa Barbara, CA Client recently implemented Oracle's Fusion Applications on Oracle's cloud. This role will be to assist our teams with post-implementation tasks, focusing on support and patching. Activision Service Desk *Monitor and troubleshoot service desk cases *Work with internal team members to assign cases *Follow up with internal team members on assigned cases *Distribute open case report to stakeholders *Lead the weekly review meeting with stakeholders Oracle Service requests *Define Oracle service requests *Monitor & manage service requests that have been logged with Oracle. *Communicate and prioritize service requests with Oracle. *Create and present status updates to stakeholders at various meetings. *Liaise with internal/external and offshore partners to manage service requests. Fusion Upgrades/Patching *Our contract with Oracle requires us to be current with Fusion patching to maintain support. To this end, you would be expected to: *Participate in regression testing (working with the business) *Raise issues with our technical team and work with them to resolve. Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities (appropriate to the job) Experience and/or knowledge of Oracle's Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM): oGlobal HR & Benefits oTalent Management *Experience with Oracle setup and implementation for Core HR and advanced benefits on versions 11.5.10.2 or above *Experience working as a functional HRIS Analyst in the Oracle environment *Working IT knowledge of Recruiting Systems, preferably Taleo - preferred, not essential *Working IT knowledge of Timekeeping systems, preferable Kronos, WorkForce or Oracle Time & Labor - preferred, not essential *Firm understanding of SQL, P/L SQL and Oracle reports - knowledge of the underlying tables of Oracle - preferred, not essential Regards: Sam Williams - Recruiting Manager ITBrainiac Inc.
