Options? Naming conventions for processes GoldenGate version – what should we be rolling out now? 11.x (Oracle, eventually DB2) 10.x (DB2) Monitoring – same scripts and approach everywhere Exception Handling – same approach documented and used everywhere Tuning parameters Minimize latency option Minimize host impact option CRS management of GG processes Implement standards on all existing GG implementationsMonitoring Review existing monitor implementations Augment and write new monitors that experience indicates have been helpful. Document standards: Implement standards on all existing GG implementations. Technical review of GoldenGate Director – feasibility and usefulness Exception and Conflict handling Review existing handler implementations Identify handler approach that is functional and most easily maintained If appropriate develop scripts to generate handlers.
