It is a lead functional configuration role. Technical skills are a plus , as there are some PL* SQL manipulations being done for items such as – ratings scores and calculations. IF they know Oracle Cloud Talent Management (which is synonymous with Performance mgmt.. in EBS R12) - greater chance to remain at client beyond June; As client is migrating all HCM modules to the Cloud.
