Acting as a liaison to the business and technical teams, this individual will have primary responsibility for defining the scope of our initiative to migrate CRM functionality to Salesforce.com (SFDC), to include identifying and documenting business requirements, analyzing current systems capabilities and proposing technical solutions that are considerate of cost and risk factors. Individual will also be responsible for front-end configuration and administration of the Salesforce.com org through project implementation.
