*Role: Audit Project Manager* *Location: Harrisburg, PA*
*Job Responsibilities:* 1. Project management of Audit assessments a. Organizing lists, timelines, deadlines – CC as contact for all audits b. Gathering and follow-up on requirements c. Coordinate audit meetings when needed and keep meetings. Follow-up on takeaways d. Project Management of implementing audit remediation 2. Technical Documentation of Policies and procedures a. Work with Client to gather documentation standards and best practices that are already established by Client. Become knowledge of Client documented policies and audit requirement changes. b. Create structured documents for all Crump Life Infrastructure and Application policies, procedures and standards. c. Maintain documentation. Coordinate annual review of all Crump Life Infrastructure and Application policies, procedures and standards. Document revisions – editor/approval person and dates performed. d. Organize/Manage the storage of documentation in Common location. 3. Other areas as Needed a. Assist in testing Crump Life Infrastructure and Application policies, procedures and standards. b. Ensuring all daily, monthly, quarterly and annual auditable reviews are completed (reviewed, feedback received, actions performed and documents stored for future audit retrieval). Develop and maintain checklist of these items. c. Research abnormal audit findings.
