Support Engineer

Candidates will troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of issues with
deploying and using Dell IT products, Windows PCs and customer networks;
support various 3rd party applications with in customers environments;
answer advanced questions about the design and behavior of Dell products;
write documentation, FAQs and procedures for use by customers or internally.

Required Skills and Experience

•           5+ years experience providing support and service for software
applications

•           Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle. Ability to compose
SQL/Oracle queries and understand their implications when executed against
large data sets.

•           Experience with Windows OS at an advanced level. Windows 7
experience is a plus.

•           Working knowledge of scripting languages.

•           Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•           Ability to quickly find answers to issues and use resources
efficiently.

This position is primarily advanced support in nature, but will be asked to
help with scripting, and coding, as needed. Let me know if you need any more
