Monitor Cisco Operations Manager and other tools as designated for capacity and threshold violations and prepare reports for action by network control and/or team members. Diagnosis programming issues and/or errors of network and system configurations, system features and routing along with specialized applications within, Communication Manager, Call Manager, Modular Messaging, Unity, Message Networking and CMS as directed by team manager.
