*Title: BI Developers/MigrationLocation: Novi, MI.Duration: Long term* *"Experience with Qlikview, Tableau, and/or Business Objects development and/or migration work."* *Job Description below:* •Completion of day-to-day and special engagement projects that require data mining, analysis, and/or report/dashboard development (or other means / forms of presentation). •Perform data analysis to identify relevant trends and/or data quality issues and execute follow up analysis and formulate recommendations as needed. •Perform analysis (as needed) to identify availability of data as well as gaps in data and deliver recommendations / considerations based on those findings. *Responsibilities for this position include:Required Skills/Experience:* •Proven experience with multiple BI Development Tools (reporting, charting, graphing or visualization); Qlikview, Business Objects, Tableau, and Crystal Reports. Will consider experience with other similar tools. •Proven ability to work directly with users and management to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build good relationships and rapport. •Must be a highly detail-oriented person with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must have a proven ability to identify relevant trends and execute follow up analysis as needed. Numerically and statistically inclined.
