*ROLE:SAP QM/MM Business Analyst*

Location: near King of Prussia, PA

Duration: 6 months Contract

5 day work week on site





*Description*



Direct client is seeking an experienced *SAP QM/MM Business Analyst* to
support SAP business process changes & configuration, and for providing
business consultancy, change leadership and second level SAP system support
for the SAP QM/MM modules and related IT application systems.
The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of *SAP QM/MM *to
directly support users and corporate processes. They will research gaps in
functionality, gather requirements of users and present recommendations to
both technical and business teams. Candidates should have an excellent
grasp of industry and subject matter best practices, trends, and concepts,
and have the ability to apply these concepts into the SAP environment and
business process.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*

   - Designing, building, testing, deploying and supporting SAP and non-SAP
   systems and solutions according to specifications and schedules while
   meeting quality requirements
   - Maintaining an in-depth understanding of all business processes and
   requirements as it relates to configuring SAP QM and SAP MM and their
   integration with other SAP components
   - Day-to-day maintenance of production application systems
   - Supports SAP ECC and related software
   - Utilizes knowledge of Logistic techniques, methods, and tools. Subject
   matter best practices
   - Knowledge of SAP Reporting capabilities
   - Develops process documentation for processes and procedures
   - Participate in Service Desk function to resolve user related support
   calls
   - Prepare and execute test plans for new functionality
   - Publish communication related to the deployment of new functionality
   - Translate user requirements into user requests and program
   specifications
   - Work with programmers to assure compliance to program specifications
   - Develop training outlines for end-users
   - Support business initiatives utilizing Project Management expertise.
   - Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources,
   reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true
   needs
   - Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish
   the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and
   performance needs.
   - Liaise between the business and vendor support teams
   - Comply with company’s Global IT Policies & Procedures

*Qualifications:*

   - 3-5 years’ experience in SAP QM and MM
   - Experience with Quality notifications
   - Experience designing and troubleshooting workflow
   - Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent experience
   - Knowledge of logistics, and service level inventory management
   - Medical device or experience with serialization
   - Excellent knowledge of business processes and best practices
   - Have experience with integration points in  SD, CRM, PP and FICO
   - Experience with RF a plus
   - DMS and/or ECM experience a plus
   - Mobile app experience a plus
