Job Title : Sr.Java/J2EE Developer with financial services Location : Jersey City, NJ Duration : 6 Months Required Skills: 4-5 years Java development 2+ year J2EE, EJB, JDBC JBoss, HTML/ Javascript, Eclipse, JUnit Experience with XP and Linux operating systems Experience with servlets Experience with Configuration management tool such as ClearCase Experience with Object Oriented design Job Duties and Responsibilities: Perform product analysis and development tasks of increasingly complex nature which may require extensive research and analysis under supervision of technical lead. Work independently with little direct supervision in the development, testing, implementation and maintenance of systems of moderate size/complexity. Provide detailed analysis of problems and recommends solutions. Apply innovation and creativity to development process and problem-solving. Participate in the development of detailed design documents for major applications. Required Skills: Experience and Qualifications: Able to interpret business requirements and programming specifications to write Java programs that solve business needs. Significant exposure to and demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of programming and analysis, including design factors, software requirements, systems facilities, and execution protocols. Architecture design of multi-tiered client/server applications. Must be well organized and self motivated and be able to work with some or little supervision. Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
