*Role: PeopleSoft HR Techno-Functional consultant*

*Client: Hercules, CA*

*Duration: 6+ Months*

This position reports to Global HRIS Manager.  The techno-functional
consultant will provide application support for our key global applications
to support approx. 8000 employees in multiple languages - PeopleSoft and
SuccessFactors BizX Suite (Compensation, Goals and Performance management).
The consultant will work closely with HRIS team and HR functional experts
to provide innovative solutions



*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*



*       Lead design, configuration and/or code and unit test small projects
that require changes to PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors



*       Gather business requirements, analyze business processes and
provide options using best practices

*       Assist with periodic system upgrades and prepare data mapping for
conversion requirements

*       Develop and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft core HR,
SuccessFactors and external applications

*       Develop test scripts tied to business requirements and act as an
independent tester

*       Communicates with HRIS team and business process owners on a
routine basis

*       Manage documents including business requirements, business process
flows, functional and specifications, Technical design, configuration
workbooks, etc.



*       Key Player to support roll-out of SuccessFactors' Performance
module for 2014 Focal

*       Manage IT Service requests/incidents related to PeopleSoft and
SuccessFactors



Work directly with vendors on system issues, patches, upgrades, downtimes,
etc. to provide excellent support and proactively communicate to users
