The candidate will be working with eComm Merch Ops Manager and will be making recommendations to the Operations Sr Manager and eCommerce Operations leadership team. This position will support managing the relationship between the Drop Ship vendors and client, be responsible for recommending and executing enhancements and staying up to date on industry standards. *Primary Responsibilities:* • Actively participate with Buying teams for vendor set-up requirements definition and continued relationship management. • Partner with Buying teams and senior management to establish, monitor and remediate issues with vendor SLAs and standards. • Partner with the Service Provider to determine tool capabilities and define process around it. • Collaborates with Support team (SCM, Compliance, Buying, and Operations to propose new enhancements for approval of senior leadership. • Weekly status reporting *Core Competencies & Accomplishments:* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, e-commerce or demonstrated related job experience. · Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience eCommerce operations, business operations or vendor management · Candidate should possess the experience and the skill set for working on cross-functional teams. · Ability to interact positively with internal and external stakeholders · Ability to collaborate and reach an acceptable compromise · Familiarity and experience with Operations and Drop Ship processes · Ability to make decisions in an ambiguous and persistently changing environment · Demonstrate sound judgment and creative problem solving skills. · High attention to detail. · The candidate should be proactive, have strong communication skills both oral and written. · Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficient Regards...
