Develop, modify and maintain code implementations and integration with PeopleSoft HRMS and FSCM modules as well as other corporate systems that support business strategy and requirements* *? Provide direction on best practice techniques for proactive management of workflow processes* *? Facilitate IT and business community interaction to shape architecture solutions and domain direction* *Education* *Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline and/or equivalent experience.* *Skills* *? 7+ years (strong) background in FSCM 9.1 and later, and HCM 9.2, PeopleSoft tools 8.53 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integrations tools, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, system Architect, PL/SQL, DBA.* *? Experience in AIX/UNIX platform version 6 & 7, Oracle Internet Directory, and Active Directory integrator* *? Experience in GL, KK, AP, AR/Billing, Purchasing, Grants, Contracts, Security and HCM* *? Experience participating in system implementations, PeopleSoft upgrades and security patches.* *? Good written and verbal communication skills* *? Ability to clearly articulate ideas, solutions and recommendations at various levels ranging anywhere from senior management to business users to an IT team* *?
