Knowledge in these BRM areas are preferred: 1. *Cycles* – How they are managed on the account level, bill level, and product level. 2. *Taxes *– How they are associated with a product, rated event, bill. 3. *Pricing* – Advance Pricing Configuration. (Discounts, Rate Plans, RUMs, Currencies) 4. *GL *– Posting, Month End Reporting, and relation to rated events, pricing, acounts. 5. *Bills* – Components of, relation to accounts, and to Ledger Reports 6. *Collections* – Various stages and key sources of transition 7. *Accounts* – Various Hierarchies, Types, Attributes, and Statuses. 8. *Services* – Relation to Accounts, Products, Devices. 9. *Currency* – Multi-Currency Considerations, Account Balances 10. *Non-Currency* – BEID file, Pricing, Account Balances 11. *Data Model* – Oracle BRM 7.2 Class Model, Oracle BRM Data Model familiarity 12. *Interfaces* – UEL, DM’s, Policy Op-Codes, Client Applications 13. *Performance Tuning* – Performance tune the daily batch applications based on MTA/CAF framework. • Proficiency Developing Function/Technical Designs VISIO , UML, Requirements Organization, Test Case Development Use Case Documentation • Subscription applications: Oracle BRM experience required. • Comfortable dealing with both business marketing, technical, and accounting perspectives. • Excellent written and oral skills *Technical Skills:* • DBMS: Oracle • Software Development: C, C++, XML, CVS, UNIX shell, Perl, SQL • Subscription applications: Oracle BRM • Experience with multi-threaded/multi-process applications.
