*SR LINUX (REDHAT) ENGINEER ATLANTA, GA 6 month contract* The Senior Redhat LINUX Engineer will support the client's datacenters and hosting facilities. Self-motivated with a focus on quality and delivery. Customer focused and teamwork are key to the success of this role. The Senior LINUX Redhat Enginner will support a large, 24X7 high availability environment (Enterprise RedHat EL 4.x and 5.x, and/or Solaris). Use VMWARE to build out environments. Support IBM and Sun Blad Centers hardware. *Job Requirements* Qualifications (background, education, experience, and other requirements): 8+ years of UNIX (Enterprise RedHat, and/or Solaris) systems experience in a large, 24x7 high availability environment. Experience and deep knowledge of Redhat EL 4.x and 5.x Experience building in VMWare 4 and 5 environments. IBM and/or Sun Blade Centers hardware experience required, high end server experience a plus Advanced Veritas Volume Manager (VxVM) and VERITAS Cluster Server (VCS) or other High-availability service.
