Job Description

*       Project Manager for a global Salesforce Service Cloud project
*       This person will manage the Salesforce Service Cloud implementation
and will manage scope, risks, issues, and the budget for the project.
*       Not only will this person analyze business requirements and shape
them based on his/her knowledge of technology and processes, he/she will
help the business with prioritization of requirements.
*       The Project Manager is expected to have analytical and problem
solving skills with the ability to identify, document, and recommend
solutions to complex business problems with accuracy.
*       The candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication
skills and will have the ability to build strong working relationships with
business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

*       Manage Salesforce Service Cloud delivery team and manage scope,
risks, issues, and budget for salesforce project.
*       Serve as the point of contact during all phases of project for the
internal project team and implementation partner(s).
*       Partner with implementation partner(s) to lead solution discovery
sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit business and
functional requirements.
*       Analyze current-state business processes and recommend future-state
improved business processes.
*       Co-Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the business and ensure
execution of test plans.
*       Assist QA Lead with QAT and Integration Lead with end-to-end
testing.
*       Communicate business needs to the technical team and
simplify/communicate complex technical information for the business
stakeholders.
*       Support the change management process through impact analysis and
cost/benefit analysis.
*       Play a key role in the organizational change management process and
work with OCM lead to develop strategy and ensure execution.
*       Support the team with articulating data requirements and data
quality standards.

Lead and/or participate in special projects as requested by the Director of
CRM
