C# - they have to be many years’ experience writing in this language As a .NET Developer you are responsible for developing the front-end and middle tiers using HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> MVC, and Web API Services with C#. Additionally, you are responsible for interacting with our IT partners to ensure a clear, efficient approach to delivery, quality in all promoted work, scalable and well thought out approaches, and front-end technologies that are appropriately implemented. Duties: Create semantic, W3C valid, accessible, cross-browser compatible front-end web pages and websites. Create middle-tier code using ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> Web API with C# to provide JSON/XML services Create well written and maintainable code with unit tests Act as a consultant to an agency, vendor, IT, or the Digital Frontiers team to ensure projects are semantic, W3C valid, accessible (as required), and cross-browser compatible. Work within current constraints of a website or application to extend functionality or support User-Experience (Design) direction. Execute tasks as assigned from our Request Database. Execute content turns according to turn schedule or as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, problems, and errors encountered across our web properties, internal applications, and systems as reported or experienced. Provide expertise to influence project, initiative, and maintenance technical direction during discovery, planning, and implementation stages.
