Skills Required : Senior Developer - A senior developer with 7+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of experience working on ASP/MOSS 2007 customizations. Must be able to analyze requirements, document them with the users, create prototypes, develop the same. In terms of Sharepoint specific experience, must have worked with custom workflows, custom server level pages, email integration, custom event handlers, working with external databases (not just Sharepoint lists) and other advanced features. Good To Have if the candidate had worked in site migrations projects, Sharepoint site customization issues, performance optimization, load balancing, Site administration, shared services with an Office 2003 environment.
