Responsibilities will include: FileNet P8 system support maintaining 24x7 operations with high availability, 3rd level P8 platform technical support for multiple applications, developer support, custom development, scripting, middleware and repository configuration, implementation and tracking of system patches, security administration, system monitoring and backup, in both Microsoft and UNIX environments.
