*Job Title : Share Point Designer* *Job Location : Minneapolis, MN * *Position Type : Contract* *Job Description : * Client will begin using SharePoint collaboration sites for sharing information across departments. The intention is to use these sites for long-term document sharing, collaboration, alerts, workflow and other uses. Client does not currently have experience designing collaboration sides and the consultant will be expected to ensure the design meets the department's needs. *The design consultant will be expected to:* Be an expert in designing and implementing SharePoint 2013 sites, community sites and project sites. Provide guidance to site owners to ensure the sites take full advantage of SharePoint 2013 features Assist with collection of site requirements if needed Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of customers and technology staff Pilot SharePoint sites with client employees to gather feedback and changes before releasing sites into production Oversee and perform build efforts *Deliverables: * Lead client in developing and implementing at least two collaboration sites into production under the guidelines above Help client develop 1 or more out of the box workflows for sites Have a minimum of 3 site owner brown bag events for client site owners Impact/Outcome: Successful design of collaboration sites, and Site owners and site collection administrators who can finish site building and perform ongoing maintenance.
