NEED LOCAL TO NJ OR NY & GC OR USC ONLY !!* *RATE IS $48/per Hour on C2C* The Sr. Business Systems Analyst is responsible for planning, requirements gathering and transitioning business needs to technical needs in conjunction working with Development and QA, resources following the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure delivery of technology solutions that meet needs of the User group. The Business Analyst is expected to clearly define the business requirements and technical specifications. The position requires a strong communicator and an individual with a team oriented approach. The successful candidate will possess the ability to interact and effectively communicate with Business Users, Dev Team, QA and Prod support teams. Responsibilities: • Work with internal and external clients to elicit requirements, define scope and solution options. • Participate in requirements analysis & verification, ensuring that requirements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, and verifiable. • Write requirements & functional specifications according to standard templates, using clear, concise, unambiguous language. • Hands on experience in understanding, creating and validating XML documents based on XSDs. • Provide guidance to user groups on defining scope and developing program requirements. • Work with the Development and Quality Assurance teams to ensure requirements are sufficient to enable technical design, development and testing. • Participate in peer reviews & inspections of requirements and process documentation. • Able to write requirements that articulate and foresee details of use case scenarios • Define User Interface Specifications. • Perform basic to intermediate SQL queries against program database. • Perform system testing and validations on ad hoc basis as per the release schedule. • Manage changes to baseline requirements through participation in change control activities. • Identify opportunities for change and process improvement. • Develop positive working relationships with the business users and colleagues.
