Role: Oracle SOA Lead Admin Location: Houston, TX Duration: 12 Months Essential Skills 1. Should be minimum of 6+ years IT industry experience with at least 3+ years hands on experience in SOA Integration projects with any leading industry SOA & integration products 2. Should possess good amount of experiences in integration and SOA solutions. 3. Prior experience on implementing/supporting large SOA integration is essential. 4. Hands-on experience on Fusion middleware - Oracle Service Bus, SOA Suite Administration is a must using Weblogic console, Monitoring tools like OEM Grid Control 12c, HP Open view etc.Familiar with patching of OFMW servers with PS, bug fixes etc. 5. Minimum three Year of application support experience towards SOA integration solutions. 6. Expert on Oracle Weblogic adminsitration, JMS Configurations and performance Tuning. 7. Hands on experience in weblogic administration – thread dump analysis, clustering, analyze logs, using WLST, Jrockit mission control and monitoring. 8. Should be able to impact assess existing implementations around Integration Architecture and suggest for improvements. 9. Has performed Capacity planning for Oracle FMW implementations and is aware of various deployment options including High Availability configurations of FMW. 10. Must have Experience on WLST, Python and DB scripting. 11. Desirable to have worked on Deployment using Ant/Maven scripts and automated build process using build management tools like Jenkins, Hamurapi, Cruise Control etc. 12. Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork and collaboration, and leadership skills. 13. In-depth knowledge on SOA and integration concepts and methodologies 14. Ability to work with teams - cross cultures, organizational boundaries, time zones and countries 15. Work with client architecture teams in - validate the non-functional requirements - discussing and providing inputs on architecture options. 16. Ability to analyze and provide root cause for issues (both weblogic, OSB and SOA) 17. Troubleshooting issues related to Active directory/Load balancer Desirable Skills 1. Review of technical or program specifications, estimation and resource requirements for change requests. 2. Coversant with SOA design patterns and worked on architectural, design and development projects using SOA Suite-BPEL,OSB, OAG, OWSM, B2B, BPM Products 3.
