Location: Webster, NY Duration: 12 Months *Job Description:* · Siebel development/configuration experience (Siebel Tools, eScript) · Strong understanding of Siebel development process and Siebel deployment/build methods · Good leadership skills – ability to lead meetings, make fact-based decisions, set direction, govern and enforce · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Excellent problem solving skills · Ability to work well in a team environment · Ability to work impartially in a diverse environment with multiple development teams and multiple vendors · Good to have: VBA *Responsible for * · Oversee Development · Monitor Siebel configurations in the development environment · Enforce development/configuration standards are being followed · Coordinate multiple development teams working on shared objects in a common Siebel instance · Assist with resolving technical conflicts between multiple projects sharing a common Siebel instance · Coordinate Non-production Builds · Initiate builds, coordinate development input, and release to SCM · Review build artifacts to ensure a clean build package for SCM · Work with the development teams and SCM to coordinate the resolution of issues encountered during a build · Help analyze post-build issues · Other · Develop tools to assist with responsibilities (eg.
