Oracle Financials Application technical and functional upgrade for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Purchasing, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Oracle Projects, Financial Numbering Control Master and Foreign Post Settlement Sub-Ledger *Oracle Database will upgrade from 9 to 10*** *Oracle Financials Application will upgrade from 11.5.9 to R12*** Investigation, analysis, requirements gathering, process development, design, development, systems integration testing, training development and execution, customer acceptance testing, implementation and project close practices expected *The project deliverable shall meet the following acceptance criteria in addition to compliance with the technical approach outlined below:* · Compliance to SOX · TSLC documentation completed and stored · No unplanned impact relating to business down time · Project schedule is kept so that weekly project status can be professionally communicated – project deliverable timelines are met · All project issues are resolved and risks mitigated · Project budget is established and met · Resources are managed to task and budget · Communications are consistent and accurate to all members of the project as appropriate.
