(1) Title: Systems Analyst, Adv, Location: Detroit, MI Desired Start Date: 11/10/2008 Estimated End Date: 12/31/2008 Knowledge of health care spending accounts (health savings accounts, health reimbursement accounts, flexible spending accounts) Ø Consumer directed healthcare administration experience Ø COMPANY organizational experience Ø Ability to organize ideas in a logical manner and clearly communicate (written and verbal) Ø Ability to learn new concepts quickly Ø Ability to effectively assess the merits/drawbacks of a variety of solutions within a given situation Ø Ability to effectively investigate various solutions to a challenge (2) Title: Systems Analyst, Location: Southfield, MI Position - 2 Desired Start Date: 11/10/2008 Estimated End Date: 12/31/2009 Resource is needed to perform the following functions: Implement new groups/segments on NASCO Processing System (NPS). Implement group wide changes Business requirements, test plans and test data will be prepared in support of approved changes. Test execution as well as documentation of results will be required. Skills/Qualifications: Knowledge of claims processing including benefit file (provider, member) Prior Company experience greatly preferred 3-5 years of health care experience preferred. Previous experience preparing and executing test plans required. Knowledge of Company operating systems preferred. Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills required. High proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required. Strong organizational and follow-through skills, and particularly strong attention to detail required. Strong creative problem solving skills required. Demonstrated flexibility , self-discipline and ability to work independently, as well as within a group, required. Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external clients required. Ability to handle multiple tasks and implementation timeframes required. Ability to interact effectively with Company representatives at various levels required. Ability to perform as a self-starter, with motivation to consistently produce high quality results required.
