This person will be part of Credit Policy and will assist with technology solutions for Basel II credit risk framework implementation not directly related to the credit data warehouse, including: 1.Internal Default History Database (identify and archive the Bank's comprehensive population of historical defaulted borrowers) 2.Ongoing Default Identification and Loss Data Capture (identify and capture default, loss/recovery, and risk factor data to support rating methodologies) 3.Rating System Monitoring & Maintenance (identify/source data attributes, perform analytics and generate reports required to validate performance of dual rating system) 4.Facility Rating and Exposure-at-Default Implementation (implement FR and EAD methodology into end-user application) Responsible for identifying/documenting requirements and recommendation of proposed solutions – including consideration of business process implications – working with partners in Credit Policy, WWOT and the business units.
