*Location :Auburn Hills, Michigan * *IN PERSON INTERVIEW REQUIRED AFTER PHONE SCREEN* *MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATIONS* *Duration:12 Months CONTRACT * *Qualifications* BS Degree and 6 yrs technical experience or 10 yrs of technical experience 5 years hands on experience performing in a senior WebSphere Administrator capacity in a Network deployment Environment using WAS 7.0 or higher in a large AIX and Linux production environment with duties/responsibilities like installation, Maintenance, configuration, problem determination, etc. Installing and supporting WebSphere Portal and DataPower is desirable Proficient in administration of IBM IHS. Ability to evaluate, install, test, configure, maintain, and monitor performance of and troubleshoot WebSphere applications. A good understanding of concepts related to web server load balancing and other application scaling concepts. Strong UNIX systems administration experience (Linux, and AIX). Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills (UNIX, Networking, DMZ, Firewalls, J2EE, and Web and Application Servers). UNIX scripting skills. Creation and support of automation scripts, e.g., log rotation and plug-in migration, configuration automation. Thorough understanding of Java/J2EE concepts (JDBC, JMS/MQ, JSP, EJB, JNDI, etc) is required. Understanding of security concepts in WAS environment. Ability to follow, improve and create processes required for effective systems administration. Exceptional organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
