Research Marketing Analytics team is looking for someone eager to work on
high impact, real world problems using large (sometimes unstructured) data
sets to discover opportunities and solve business needs across the
organization.
*Responsibilities: *Execute and support marketing teams with the execution
of scheduled reports, dashboards and various performance analysis
Execute ad-hoc analysis and other data manipulation tasks
Apply appropriate statistical techniques to solution business problems
Frame and conduct complex analysis and tests using large, complex (not
always well-structured, highly variable) data sets
Draw conclusions and effectively communicate findings with both technical
and non-technical team members
Timeliness of deliverables and successful management of workload
Proficiency of our internal and external database systems
Working collaboratively and successfully with other team members to create
a cohesive high-performing environment
* Skills:*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of statistical techniques, regression analysis, multivariate
testing and predictive modeling preferred
Passion for empirical research and for answering hard questions with data
Exposure to various database disciplines and baseline understanding of
relational database management.
Proven background in MS Office Suite – specifically and importantly expert
knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access
Strong planning and organization skills.  Good oral and written
communication skills with proven ability to handle multiple tasks
simultaneously.
