*Experience/Skills:
*Microsoft Visual Studio Coded UI
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, MIS and/or
related work experience
5 years of full life cycle Software Quality Assurance process experience
(requirements analysis, decomposition, test case design, prioritization,
risk analysis, test execution, metric reporting, etc.)
Exposure to application lifecycle management methodologies preferred
Callidus Truecomp (sales performance software) experience or other third
party software testing preferred
Experience in commissions/compensation processing preferred
Proficiency in any of the following test management tools preferred:
Microsoft Test Manager
Hewlett-Packard Quality Center (HP QC)
Proficiency in any of the following automation tools preferred:
Microsoft Visual Studio Coded UI
Hewlett-Packard Quick Test Pro (HP QTP)
Proven track record to lead successful large scale QA projects
Demonstrated ability to scale testing efforts to support aggressive
agile-like project timelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Competency to understand multiple IT technical platforms and application
development methodologies
Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours for installations,
implementations, and upgrades
Experience in the design and implementation of Software Quality Assurance
standards and practices preferred
Hewlett-Packard (HP) LoadRunner experience is a bonus
Demonstrated experience in the design and maintenance of automated
regression testing frameworks preferred
Demonstrated experience in the execution and maintenance of automated
regression test cases/suites preferred
Demonstrated experience in the design and maintenance of performance
testing frameworks preferred
Demonstrated experience in the execution and maintenance of performance
regression test cases/suites preferred.
